Oh man! Made this recipe to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and my boyfriend couldn’t get enough. He couldn’t believe I made it and figured it was bought from a fancy bakery. I am now making 2 more a week later for a family celebration this weekend! I shared pictures with my family and now everyone wants it! This Oreo cheesecake is awesome and so so delicious!

Just finished baking this for Thanksgiving tomorrow! This is my second time baking it. It was such a huge hit this past spring when I made it the first time! This cheesecake holds a special place in my heart, as this was the last homemade treat my dad got to eat before he was transferred to hospice. This will be our first holiday season without him, and I wanted to incorporate a special treat in his memory. Thank you for creating such wonderful recipes to share with family and friends.

Probably not the most healthiest cake i’ve ever made, but i think it will taste very good. Is in the fridge now waiting for my daughter (who requested an oreo cheesecake) to come hone!
