I love chocolate but keep with my tried and true and do not venture to the unknown. I would love to print this out to add with all my other guides from you that I keep with my recipes. I find them so helpful to keep in the kitchen when I’m making up my grocery list. Do you have a downloadable copy? You give me my strength to be brave!!!
Thanks Tessa & crew!

I realize this is normal since cocoa powder doesn’t have the structure to support the cake. The cake is done as I’ve tested with a toothpick and some crumbs adhere and the cake has pulled away from the sides. Any suggestions you might have I would appreciate. Thank you!
